These Terms of Use apply to all websites operated by the City of Longville, including:

parks.cityoflongville.com (Parks and Recreation)

Together these are referred to as the "Websites." By accessing and using any of the Websites, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Websites.

Additional terms that apply only to the Parks and Recreation subdomain appear at the end of this document.

The Websites are provided by the City of Longville, Minnesota, to:

Additional Terms for the Parks and Recreation Website

The following terms apply only to parks.cityoflongville.com.

Member Accounts: Certain areas of the Parks and Recreation website are available only to members of the Parks and Recreation Committee. Access requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the City promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Member-Only Content: Documents, discussions, and files in member-only areas are provided for committee business. You may not share member-only content outside the Committee without authorization. Note that records of the Committee remain subject to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, and material in member areas may be public data that must be released on request.

Additional Prohibited Uses: In member areas, you may not share your credentials with others, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or post content unrelated to Committee business.

Account Termination: The City may suspend or terminate an account when a member's term ends, at the member's request, or if these Terms are violated.

Donations: Donations to the Park Improvement Fund are processed by a third-party platform with its own terms and privacy practices. Donations are voluntary.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Minnesota state law. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Minnesota courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
